Nabtesco is well known in automation and robotics for producing high-quality precision gearboxes. However, not everyone is aware that we also manufacture easy-to-use, plug-and-play positioners and turntables. We have a wide variety of solutions that are perfect for new automation applications, and/or replacing and upgrading systems that use hydraulic and cam-driven products.
RS Series Turntables
The RS turntable unit series are available in many sizes with a wide range of payloads that can be used for a variety of applications, including replacements for small cam-driven rotary tables/indexers, and also larger welding positioners.
The use of our RV precision gearboxes means that they have a large output bearing which can handle large moment loads, and also feature hollow shaft units with a large thru hole. In addition, the RS units all have an incredibly small profile, and all motor couplings are provided so installation is as simple as mounting the motor to the unit.
RH-155C/RH-320CA Headstock units
The RH-155C and RH-320CA gearhead units include integrated base flanges which make them perfect for use in headstock and trunnion applications. With multiple service taps available, any additional auxiliary components can be easily attached. Similar to the RS series installation is incredibly easy, all you need to do is attach your motor.
